Message As well, get a proper tune as the compression ratio will be higher.

I discovered all this about 2 years ago while getting my car dyno tuned. Turned out my block and heads were decked a fair bit. The torque was suffering. Per Greg's suggestion, I put on adjustable cam gears. I was planning to degree them, but he suggested that I leave them as they can dial them in on the dyno. What a huge difference once they were dialed in.
